Cancellations

DDA is a small business with limited space and last-minute cancellations make it difficult for us to fill these the place we have held for you.

Because of the significant impact this has on our operations, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy:

– For bookings cancelled less than 24 hours in advance of your meeting time (in your booking confirmation message), we ask for full payment of the booking.

– Guests with previous late cancellations and no payment will be asked to for full payment for future bookings a minimum of two days in advance.
